Payment is made on-site in Cappadocia. - Balloon flights are subject to weather and Civil Aviation Authority approval. In case of cancellation due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund. - No assistant will accompany you at Istanbul Airport. Your driver will drop you off at the terminal entrance. Follow the check-in instructions provided in advance. - On arrival, your driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name. - The tour may be adjusted based on weather or local conditions. - Group tour format; not a private tour.
